What counts as a proposal?
One proposal is one generated draft tied to one client opportunity. You can regenerate sections within a proposal as many times as you'd like — that doesn't count as a new proposal.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade any time and the change is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Do you train AI on my documents?
No. Your knowledge library is private to your workspace. We don't use customer content to train models.
What happens at the document limit?
You'll get a warning before you hit the cap. Once at the cap, you can archive older documents or upgrade. We never delete your data.

Can I export drafts?
